Zykof and all associated software ("Bloodstrike Private") are provided strictly for educational and research purposes only. By accessing or using any product or service offered by Zykof, you acknowledge and agree that you accept full responsibility for how you use this software.

Zykof does not condone cheating, account violations, or any activity that violates a game publisher's terms of service. Users assume all risk and liability associated with the use of this software.

License & Subscription

• ◆Licenses are sold on a monthly basis and are non-refundable once activated.
• ◆Each license is bound to a single Hardware ID (HWID) upon first activation.
• ◆License keys may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written permission.
• ◆We reserve the right to revoke any license at our sole discretion for violations of these terms.
• ◆Subscriptions do not automatically renew — you must manually renew each month.

No Warranty & Detection Risk

Zykof software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we make best-effort attempts to maintain undetected status, we cannot guarantee that the software will remain undetected at all times. Game publishers continuously update their anti-cheat systems, and detection risk is inherent.

In the event of a mass detection wave caused by our software, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a patched update or extend affected subscriptions. However, we are not liable for account bans, data loss, or any other consequences arising from use.

Payment Terms

Payment is accepted in USDT cryptocurrency only. All sales are final — no refunds are provided once a license key has been delivered. If you experience issues with your key, contact support via Discord for resolution.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• ✕Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
• ✕Redistribute or resell license keys without authorization.
• ✕Use our software for any commercial advantage in esports or competitive prize money events.
• ✕Share our software or bypass measures with unauthorized parties.
• ✕Attempt to circumvent HWID binding or license validation systems.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by general principles of applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation via our Discord support channel. If resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree that Zykof's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
